Join us for an engaging workshop and cheesemaking demonstration! We're breaking open Claudia Lucero's excellent book "One Hour Cheese" and making cheese in a no-fuss interactive demonstration. It's store-purchased milk to edible cheesy delight in an hour or less with lots of practical commentary from local author, inventor, and entrepreneur Randy Baril.
Join us in a unique Community Food Hub that recently opened right here in Cambridge. Easily accessible via public transport (#77 out of Harvard) and with ample on-street parking nearby.
Workshop will include eating a cultured cheese prepared in advance and sampling the cheese made before your very eyes! The particular cheese being made in any given workshop will vary on the mood of the instructor.
Beer, wine, spirits and food is available to purchase during the demonstration.
